Nathan Gregory is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the City of Fort Worth. He has at the City for 6 years, but his background in Human Resources spans more than 20 years. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and International Business from Judson University. He is presently pursuing his Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Nathan is the Chairman of the HR Executive Network for the North Texas LEAD organization. He is also a Board Member for the Dallas Fort Worth Business Group on Health (DFWBGH). Additionally, he is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Fort Worth program, and a member of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management and Society for Human Resource Management Associations.
Throughout his career, Nathan has worked in or overseen every area of Human Resources, and is most known for being a change agent wherever he goes. He is passionate about helping employees become the best that they can be and providing them with the tools they need for success. He pushes for an open and inclusive culture that celebrates the success of everyone on team. He is a very hands-on, driven leader who enjoys rolling up his sleeves and getting the work done.
Justin Dorsey is a graduate from Texas Tech University and has over 15 years of HR experience. He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has worked in a variety of industries including health care, distribution, retail, and professional services. His first HR role was with a company that utilized a PEO which helps him understand the importance of partnering with a Human Resources Consultant to protect the organization and enhance employee experience. He served as the President of Fort Worth HR for two years and regularly speaks to HR chapters throughout the state of Texas. He is currently a Lead HR Consultant for a PEO called Employer Flexible. Outside of work, he’s married with two children and lives in Fort Worth.
Brian Hinchcliffe provides outplacement and career transition services at Keystone Partners in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. He specializes in outplacement, career coaching, recruiting, staffing, as well as talent and organization development.
Known for a global and multi-cultural perspective, Brian has varied international and U.S. experience in industries including chemicals, mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, airlines, professional services, financial services, and consulting.
Brian was previously CEO of Kurru, LLC, a Texas-talent consulting firm he co-founded, since in 1999. Recently, he led the Executive Career Transition practice of Career Partners International (CPI) LLC in Texas and Louisiana, building a strong Executive Network. As Senior Recruitment Consultant with Performance Search Group, he recruited for difficult-to-fill C-level, Executive, Managerial, and Engineering Technical positions for client companies. As VP Senior Consultant with Right Management in North Texas, Brian provided career and executive coaching.
Brian is a certified CPI Senior Career Transition Consultant, a Certified New Horizons Coach, and is certified in the CPI Facilitator Manager as Coach Learning Series®.
Brian had international experience as an organizational change consultant and has previously sold HR technology. He holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate school of Management and a BS in Psychology from the University of Sydney.David Denaro advises executives, managers, and individual contributors in career planning and transition as well as leading the Keystone consultants in the Burlington and Nashua offices.
David has successfully coached hundreds of clients who wanted to change careers or find a similar job, and those who have considered consulting. He uses a variety of assessment tools when his clients are in the mission and purpose phase, and draws on his corporate and agency recruiting background when they are in the campaign, interview, and negotiation phases. He is a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant and a Certified New Horizons Coach.
Prior to joining Keystone in 2008, he recruited and advised leaders, individuals, and teams in financial services and technology firms ranging from partnerships to large global enterprises. He also worked for several years as an agency recruiter.
David holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.
Donisha Santiago-Anderson is responsible for the implementation of strategies that enable Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity to attract, hire, train, develop and retain the best talent. She is passionate about building a culture and environment that is engaging, empowering, motivating and ripe for innovative solutions.
Prior to Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, she held various positions in human resources with experience in all facets of HR including recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and employee/management training and development.
Donisha holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management and a Master's in Health Administration (MHA) from Governors State University. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP) and is a certified Strategic HR Business Partner (SHRBP) by the Human Capital Institute. Donisha is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Dallas HR. Currently, Donisha is also pursuing her MJEL (Master Juris in Employment Law).
