YOUnity Begins with You

Speaker:
Ashley Smalley
Founder @ Smalley Consulting
Summary:
Unity on a team is crucial if a team is going to reach its goals and enjoy its work. In fact, studies have shown that productivity increases by 20-25% when a team is connected. While organizational leadership has a great impact on team connection, unity is equally determined by the way individual employees use their influence on the people around them. That's right...unity starts with YOU, no matter your position in the organization!
In this session, participants will learn how:
- to positively impact internal relationships with their own personal influence using six specific strategies
- to engage other leaders in the organization to utilize the same strategies to improve their internal relationships
- to coach the employees of the organization to utilize these strategies as opportunities organically arise
