Our annual holiday luncheon is not just an event; it's a tradition filled with fun, laughter, and the spirit of giving. We can't wait to see you at our holiday luncheon while we make a positive impact on the community.
This year's event promises to be extra special, and here are the highlights:
- Doors open at 10:30 a.m., so come early and enjoy the holiday spirit.
- Bring pre-purchased gifts to be part of our exciting gift auction! These gifts will be raffled off to one another, creating a fun and memorable way to spread holiday cheer. All proceeds from this auction will go to support Diamond Hill Elementary, a school close to our hearts.
- Diamond Hill Elementary's choir will be gracing us with their beautiful voices, adding a touch of musical magic to our gathering.

Do you or your company have gifts to donate for our auction? Prior donations included gift cards, an air fryer, air pods, and a TV! Attendees can bring just about anything: event tickets, spirits, household items, books, and even food.

Contact us at info@fwhr.org for details on making a donation and receiving recognition for your company's generosity. Deadline for donation(s) is December 10th.
Reservations / Cancellations
All registrations must be received before close of business on the Monday prior to the event. Thereafter, a limited number of registrations will be accepted at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand that you cannot be guarantee seat at the meeting if you do not register by the Monday preceding the event. If you can't make the event, please let us know 72 hours beforehand by sending an email to info@fortworthhr.org, so that we can cancel your registration. Otherwise, we will bill you for the reservation (we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved - including no-shows).
Use of Materials
By attending an event affiliated with Fort Worth HR (“FWHR”), attendees consent and agree to being photographed and/or videoed. Attendees agree to allow FWHR to use, publish, and distribute their names, pictures, images, and voices (herein the “Materials”) for illustration, training, and/or marketing of FWHR, in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to FWHR’s website, Facebook and LinkedIn. Attendees waive any right to review or approve any use of the Materials, any written copy, or any finished product. Attendees will not receive any compensation or payment for FWHR’s use of the Materials and waive any rights, claims, or interest in the Materials.
