Employers should be aware of when workplace investigations are needed and how they can effectively be conducted.
Workplace investigations are a very important tool in managing potential claims which can impact potential liability, particularly where discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims are being made by employees. Workplace investigations must be handled effectively, efficiently and expeditiously and require a reasoned process and know-how by the investigators.

Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@fwhr.org.
- Cancellation requests made 10+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellation requests made with less than 10 days notice are eligible for a 70% refund to help offset costs already incurred for the event.
- A substitute may attend if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.
