Position Description:
This role will support the scaling of the Human Resources functions from 30–40 employees to 100–150 team members over the next 2–3 years.
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key strategic advisor to company leadership while establishing and managing all core HR functions. This role will build HR infrastructure from the ground up, supporting a workforce engaged in manual and skilled labor multiple departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a balanced skill set in both HR operations and strategic planning, with the ability to develop systems, advise leadership on growth and compliance, and foster a strong organizational culture. Must be willing to support core transactional functions.
Bachelor's degree in related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
Experience commonly found in 5+ years of HR generalist work
Working knowledge of all aspects of HR, including compliance, safety, payroll, employee relations, training, and recruiting
