Position Description:
BEECLAT helps students and job seekers practice for real interviews. We're looking for experienced interviewers (HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers) to coach them as 1099 contractors, 100% remote, on your own hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Run live 20-minute video mock interviews with candidates from many fields, then write a short feedback report (about 10 minutes).

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience conducting interviews or screening candidates. You must live in the US and be authorized to work here. Clear, constructive communication. Any field is welcome.

$40 per session
