Think Smarter: Practical Critical Thinking
Description:
Critical thinking and problem-solving are consistently among the top skills employers seek, yet they remain difficult to find and verify. This session will cover the basics of applying critical thinking in the workplace and how to teach these skills to your team.
This session will explore why critical thinking is rare among young professionals, why it’s challenging to develop, and learn simple, practical exercises to strengthen these abilities on the job. You'll leave with tools to promote better decision-making, innovation, and a stronger culture of thoughtful analysis.

Pending 2 SHRM & HRCI Recertification Credits.
